Our company began in 2011 as Midas Projects Australia Pty Ltd - before expanding and changing our name to Probuild Remedial Pty Ltd. Our team has over 40 years of experience, and due to our size, we are able to provide a more personalised service with attention to detail second to none. We undertake projects from $5,000.00 to $3,000,000.00, and our services extend throughout Sydney, Wollongong and Newcastle. Each member of our team has a trade licence in their respective field, has a current OHS Construction Induction Training Certificate (Work Cover white card), and are covered by our workers compensation policy. The extensive remedial building experience of our team is what has contributed to our excellent success and reputation. Clients often comment that larger and even smaller less experienced firms take on more than they can commit to - leading to issues arising throughout the project. The issues could be due to a lack of supervision by project managers, quality of workmanship by trades people whether cosmetic or structural, and even miscommunication. Often this leads to remedial builders like ourselves being appointed to rectify defects, either by insurers for new build defects with claims within the warranty period, facility and strata managers, or body corporate/owner corporations.
