Sydney Renovations & Remedial Building was created to provide remedial building and renovation services to Strata Managers, Consultants Private Clients specialising in apartment buildings. Our Directors have a combined 50+ years experience in particular servicing the Strata industry where site management, dealing with Owners corporations and understanding Strata Management legislation is important. While we specialise in apartments from single bathrooms to hi-rise facade restorations we also provide services to the commercial and industrial sectors, and private residences from a home extension to multi-million dollar structural repairs. A large part of our business involves fix in the work of other builders so our focus is on getting the job done right the first time with a focus on customer service and communication. our Director are actively involved in each project and will provide honest advice on the estimated cost of a project and the correct way to carry out the work. Each Director brings with him a specialist set of knowledge and experience across the sectors we focus on which is what differentiates us from other builders.
