Proactive Data Systems limited started out in Rwanda towards the end of 2007 as a private consulting business in areas of software development, website design and ICT systems maintenance. Begin of 2009, the business was relocated to Nairobi which is more strategic for expansion into the rest of east African community. The company initially operated as a private consultancy and later being incorporated in October 2009. The company now specializes in software development in areas of traditional desktop applications, web applications and the emerging mobile platform.
