Prismatic Information

Prismatic is a social-emotional learning organization for a changing world. We partner with Chicago schools to build three things in young people: relational intelligence, resilience, and employability. These are the skills technology can't replace and schools can't build alone. Through Young Changemakers (grades 4 to 8), IGNITE (grades 9 to 12), and our annual Cultivate conference, students learn to bounce back from setbacks, build relationships with people who can help them, and connect their strengths to a future that fits. We assess every student from the start of their program to the end: this year, 97% finished with at least one trusted adult in their corner and 93% finished believing they have what it takes to reach their goals. Our Access Fund brings this programming at low or no cost to students in Chicago's highest-need, most under-resourced communities.
