Prime Finance, founded in 2008, is a well-established diversified commercial real estate credit investment platform with more than $11 billion in AUM. Since inception, Prime Finance has invested in over $70 billion of debt on more than 7,100 assets throughout the US including the origination of more than 680 loans totaling over $20 billion on more than 1,100 assets. We focus on floating rate, non-recourse bridge loans ranging in size from $10 to $200+ million with origination teams in San Francisco, Chicago, and New York that provide financing solutions across the commercial real estate spectrum. In addition to our lending programs, Prime Finance is an active investor in investment grade and below-investment grade CMBS both at original issuance and on the secondary market.
