As network traffic and operations are correlated, it is ideal for quality assurance for validating employee workload telemetries, peak hours, routing efficiency and CRM synchronization to employee interactions. 2. Collaboration and Productivity: AgentNTA non-intrusively tracks up to 1M IP sessions simultaneously at 20 Gbps using a small 30-W hardware and 5 Gbps using C5N.xlarge in AWS. Unfiltered observability provides network clarity that business and vendors can trust and collaborate quickly to reduce the time spent in support tickets, resolving intermittent problems hurting CX and identifying network traffic anomalies posing security risk and operational risks. 3. AI Insights and Automation: AgentNTA provides NM from up to 1k locations for the last 30 days in text files. The text files are easily readable that contain timestamp, IP address, phone number, voice quality, protocols, speed, bandwidth, domain name, geolocation and more. The files are simple for AI-tools to generate network endpoint insights using dashboards and telemetries in a few minutes and create automated tasks that improve quality assurance, WFM, vendor collaboration and productivity.
