Prelicensed was created in September 2015 with the original goal of making it easier for associate marriage and family therapists to get hours and get paid. Since then, Prelicensed has gradually expanded from a job listing website to a more comprehensive resource. We recognize that the journey to licensure is a long and challenging one, and free resources aren’t easy to come by. That’s why Prelicensed is committed to serving the rising stars of the MFT community! We believe that associate marriage and family therapists deserve to get paid for all the hard work they do. We also believe that MFT trainees and students deserve to know as much about local organizations as possible prior to graduating from their programs. Prelicensed seeks to prepare associate marriage and family therapists, trainees, and students for the journey ahead, with the end goal of seeing them prevail within their professional lives!
