The international high-tech company, SCANTECH, was created in 1992 and has been led by two physics researchers from CERN (European Organization for Nuclear Research) since 2003. Today, the company continues to grow and employs close to 250 people around the world. SCANTECH was first to introduce low-energy X-ray transmission technology to industrial measurement systems and installs over 1,000 scanners annually around the world. With multiple assembly centers around the world, SCANTECH can supply the same high- quality products and a complete stock of spare parts equally to all domestic customers. SCANTECH is now targeting new energy markets, such as the battery and fuel cell sectors.
