Precision Flow Technologies, headquartered in Saugerties, New York designs and manufactures systems for the semiconductor, solar, compound semiconductor (LED) and fuel cell markets. Our staff of 20 multidiscipline engineers and designers can rapidly transition you through concept to prototyping to manufacturing. We assist and support customers in cost reduction and product improvements. Our core capabilities consist of Clean Room manufacturing, Vacuum System manufacturing including chamber assembly, Optical component assembly for photolithography equipment manufacturers and UHP Orbital welding for process gas panels and boxes. Our extensive product offering of High Pressure Process Gas Cabinets, Valve Manifold Boxes, Gas Mixing Systems and Cryogenic Source Delivery Systems are built to meet and are third party certified to SEMI S2 standards
