The Colorado factory is a 200,000 sq. Ft. facility on 10 acres of land in the heart of Denver. Our Utah facility is 100,000 sq ft of manufacturing on 5 acres just west of Salt Lake City. These state-of-the-art facilities allow Precision Building Systems to manufacture each project in a factory-controlled environment using wall panel and truss components. PBS provides a unique competitively priced turnkey framing solution, from pre-design to finished frame, allowing our builder partners to leverage their build with less overhead. State-of-the-art computer-aided design and manufacturing capabilities, along with skilled field labor ensure that our builder partners will get the delivered quality and accuracy to the plans that they expect while reducing their frame cycle time by as much as 50% and reducing their field variance costs by 80% on average. Our truss and wall panel lines are equipped with the best computer driven saws, high tech manufacturing equipment, and laser-guided truss tables integrated with the latest design software available on the market. The majority of our raw materials are stored indoors, and we operate our trucking fleet to ensure on-time delivery.
