We specialize in working with both public and private sector clients in two key areas: commercial construction and Historic preservation/restoration. Whether it is a public works project a 300 year old building on the verge of destruction to futuristic high-rise buildings, PBC has the expertise and project management skills to get the job done. Adrienne Schwall, President of PBC has a talented team of professionals on all of our projects. Original founder of PBC, Charles Schwall and lead project manager, Stephen Sangemino - bring over 60 years of combined industry experience in our fields of expertise.
