Prana Space is a "boutique" yoga studio in the peaceful Eastern Suburbs community of Rose Bay. Opening in 2002, with just 3 students on a Wednesday morning (who are still here to this day) in a little store room under some stairs; we now have a boutique centre which offers around 5 hatha yoga classes per day. We teach the whole circle of life, from: mums to be and new mums with babes; bendybods for school aged kids; open hatha and yin classes for all ages; Golden Yogis- for 55yrs plus. No teacher teaches the same, but we all seem to balance eachother out. Our annual yoga teacher training programmes commenced in 2002. They are recognised by Yoga Australia and Yoga Alliance USA. We have had the great honour of teaching some of Sydney's most inspiring teachers the wonderful art of yoga teaching.
