PPB Hartabina Sdn Bhd 197201000946 (12505-M) PPB Properties, the property division of PPB Group Berhad has built a sterling reputation for crafting high-value residential, retail and commercial spaces over the years. PPB Properties was the developer of the residential, commercial and retail properties in Taman Segar, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. Its landmark properties include Cheras LeisureMall, Cheras Plaza, Masera Bukit Segar; a guarded residential community housing 38 high-end bungalows.
