Focusing on three core businesses in Engineering and Construction, Infrastructure Concessions and Property Development, we take pride in having delivered numerous large-scale civil infrastructure projects to-date; operate and maintain 230km of highways that serve more than two million road users each day. Besides constantly challenging the status quo to go beyond our boundaries in the developments we construct, Gamuda endeavours to enrich the communities by positively changing the way people live and contribute to nation building through continuous education and training. We have transformed communities with mega developments such as the internationally-acclaimed Stormwater Management and Road Tunnel (SMART) in Malaysia; the Kaohsiung Metropolitan Mass Rapid Transit (KMRT) in Taiwan; Sitra Causeway Bridges in Bahrain; Dukhan Highway and New Doha International Airport (NDIA) in Qatar; Durgapur and Panagarh-Palsit Expressways in India, as well as Gamuda City and Celadon City in Vietnam. Gamuda is also the Project Delivery Partner (PDP) for the Mass Rapid Transit ( MRT) project (Sungai Buloh – Kajang Line) (SBK Line), the nation’s largest public infrastructure project. The new 51km MRT line comprising 31 stations will form the backbone of an efficient and sustainable mass rail transportation system for residents in the Klang Valley. We are also the appointed main contractor for the 9.5km Underground tunnelling portion of MRT’s SBK Line by the Government.

KLK started as a plantation company more than 100 years ago and today, the development of oil palm remains the Group’s core business. As of September 2025, KLK has about 300,000 hectares of planted area. Our landbank is spread across Malaysia (Peninsular and Sabah), Indonesia (Belitung Island, Sumatra, as well as Central and East Kalimantan) and Liberia. Since the 1990s, KLK has diversified into resource-based manufacturing (refinery, oleochemical, derivatives and specialty chemicals) and vertically integrated its upstream, midstream and downstream businesses. The Group has since expanded its manufacturing operations resulting in internationally-scaled oleochemicals operations in Malaysia, Indonesia, China and Europe. The Group started capitalising on the strategic location of its landbank in Peninsular Malaysia by branching into property development in 1990. It is presently focused on Bandar Seri Coalfields, a 1,001-acre township in Sungai Buloh that offers a mix of residential, commercial and recreational spaces, with amenities such as schools, parks, and retail outlets to cater to the needs of its growing community. It is complemented by Caledonia in Ijok, a 202-acre freehold and low-density township with both residential and commercial components that incorporates sustainable and community-oriented amenities. Both projects aim to create well-rounded communities while incorporating sustainable practices.
