PostDoc Journal, a new online journal on postdoctoral affairs, is conceived as an international platform for addressing conceptual and practical issues that pertain to the foundations and contexts of the postdoctoral experience. Analyses of the future, present and past of the postdoctoral appointments from social, educational, economic, political and psychological viewpoints will all be gathered under the umbrella of this journal. The journal also serves as a platform to connect companies with postdocs, to keep updated on the latest technologies, and to advertise postdoctoral opportunities. Postdoc job seekers can upload their resumes and publication lists, as well as post a 20 minute video presentation of their research work.
