Porto Academy Information

Porto Academy is an independent entity exclusively dedicated to the discipline of Architecture. It is deeply concerned about authorship and it proposes a free apprenticeship grounded on ambitious architects with great intellectual value. We feel the need to push forward the discipline into the practice proposing a complementary experience of learning based on people's singularity and away from established rules, dogmas or ideas, trying to dilute borders and bringing people together. Porto Academy will always be complementary to Architecture Schools and doesn’t have any institutional ambition. To us, Porto Academy is a compliment to the school.
