Polargryph Information

Polargryph is a young and ambitious games studio based in Cornwall, UK. Our core beliefs are that the games industry can not only be a fun place to work, but a good one too, with company goals to ensure that crunch, sexism and lack of diversity are a thing of the past. We operate based on a simple list of three priorities: 1. Employee Health 2. Employee Happiness 3. The Game. When people are taken care of, the game can be the best version of itself, forged through passion and love rather than stress and tears.
