Radical Forge Information

A northern game studio founded in 2017 by Technical Artist Bruce Slater and Unity Engineer Freddie Babord. Radical Forge was set up to be a safe haven for game developers to grow creatively, be treated with respect, and have transparency in leadership. Our studio values are why we’ve been able to grow the studio to over 70 employees who work in our Middlesbrough office and remotely. We work to a AAA standard and have worked for hire on some of the most well-known games in the world such as Sea of Thieves, Minecraft Dungeons, Zombie Army 4, and Rust: Console Edition. We’re not only a co-development studio, we also create our own original IPs. In 2020, we released the cat detective puzzle game Bright Paw, which was published by Rogue Games. We’re now working on our largest project to date, our own unannounced IP which has been funded by the Private Division Development Fund.
