Orion Capital Managers, LLP (“Orion”) is a European real estate private equity firm founded in 1999. We specialise in European commercial real estate investment management on behalf of major investors from around the world. Based in Luxembourg and regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier under the European Directive for Alternative Investment Fund Managers, ICAMAP manages €1.7 billion of equity on behalf of 28 leading international, institutional and family office investors. The client base of ICAMAP encompasses almost all continents. We manage capital coming from Asia, Oceania, North America and Europe. Among our partners, we count four sovereign wealth funds, ten insurance companies and seven family offices. All the funds we manage are discretionary which enables unique reactivity and capacity to seize opportunities. We target investments in Europe with a high degree of specialization in selected segments of real estate and property development. Value creation is our objective.
