PlusOne Training Information

Soccer's growth in the tri-state area and domestically has been exponential in the past decade. Each member of PlusOne Trainings Team has participated in that growth having played at every level the sport has to offer. We provide an avenue for SUPPLEMENTAL training outside a player's (small group of players) weekly team/club practice schedule. Our goal is to bring out the very best from our clients with individually tailored training programs based on age, skill, tactical awareness, game IQ, etc. We will focus on the aspects of the game that our clients are not able to improve on in their current training environment. We are an athletic platform geared toward improving the ability of any individual no matter the level of their talent. Although soccer/futbol is our main focus PlusOne Training will be able to provide guidance in total athletic performance (speed and strength training, flexibility, etc.) and daily nutritional regiments.
