Playlist Yoga Information

Playlist is a modern, music-based approach to yoga. We believe in a dynamic, upbeat workout that ignites the body and clears the mind. We match your breath to the movement and your movement to the music, all while aiming to improve your strength, flexibility and endurance. Prior to each class, sign up online and select your favorite spot in studio. Once inside, the lights go down, the volume goes up. Playlist's 60-minute beat pumping power vinyasa flow will leave you energized, inspired, and transformed. Music has the power to connect, communicate, and motivate. Our classes are set to carefully curated playlists selected by our instructors and resident DJ.
