Planigere was founded in 1989 by Engº Fernando da Silva Neto and was dedicated for a long time essentially to own promotion, activity suspended in 2008, due to the serious crisis that reached the sector. Currently, it is exclusively dedicated to providing services in project area, supervision and construction management, an activity that always had since its foundation, but without the emphasis and focus seen today. Given the adjustment needs of businesses to markets and enhancing the knowledge held by the company in the execution of all types works for nearly three decades, Planigere has been dedicated almost exclusively to the rehabilition of buildings, with or without use change. At the same time, Planigere has had a significant activity in the execution of small conservation works and monitoring unfinished works, at the request of the financial system.
