Good founders spend time the building products customers said they wanted. So when they launch it, why does it not take off in the way they hoped? The main reason startups fail is because their target market do not resonate with their solution. That's no surprise, humans are complex. We don't always know what we want and what makes us drawn to one thing and indifferent about another. Pitchsmiths exists to help founders overcome this. We combine human-centred design, behavioural psychology and storytelling to help early-stage entrepreneurs to develop solutions and craft messaging that resonates. We run workshops and working sessions on i) an effective human centred-design process and ii) storytelling for startups - with a specific focus on the behavioural psychology that underpins both.
