Pitchline Engineering is a multi-disciplined, ISO accredited manufacturing facility. Pitchline’s core business includes CNC turning, CNC milling, Grinding, Rubber Molding and Gear Cutting. The Company’s products are used by industries as diverse at Textile, Leisure, Automotive, Medical, Bottling, Mining, and Food & Beverage. Pitchline works with a wide variety of materials including, Steel, Cast Iron, Aluminium, Plastics, Brass, Rubber as well as various specialised Steels. With a goal of flexible and responsive manufacturing techniques, Pitchline Engineering’s aim is to provide complete, unconstrained creation of any component in batches of around 50 units. Special purpose CNC lathes have been developed and built in-house to further complement this objective. Pitchline Engineering is continually striving to maintain and improve its quality control standards and production methods so as to compete at an international level. Pitchline is an OEM for various industries and proves to provide high quality, fair priced substitutes to OEM parts. Pitchline uses its own marketing company ManuMark (Est. 1990), to market its products. The main ManuMark product is a range of nearly 600 airbrake repair kits offered to Air Brake repair shops. Pitchline maintains an inventory for ManuMark of approximately 4000 components, for six weeks, using JIT flexible manufacturing techniques. For more information visit www.manumark.com
