GR Cabins is the longest standing cabin company in KZN since 1968 and has been manufacturing quality Timber Cabins and houses in excess of 50 years. Third generation ownership has resulted in over 80 years of combined experience in the building industry. The business is family run and the owners take much pride in the consistent delivery of quality products. GR Cabins also takes its environmental responsibilities seriously, ensuring that all timber used is FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) approved. This means that the timber is always sourced from responsibly managed forests. GR Cabins uses quality, graded timbers which is SABS / SATAS approved. Our 10 Year Guarantee: We give a 10-year guarantee against white ants and wood borer on structural timber which is CCA Treated. (T&C's apply). Sustainability is key: Off-cuts are utilized for surveying pegs and are also planed down to create wood shavings which are used as bedding horses stables and chicken runs. The company employs approximately 20 people and has been growing consistently. A few of the employees have been with the company in excess of 18 years. The teams are hard working, friendly and diligent.
