Since 1999, our team has delivered over 100,000 hours of professional Pilates instruction in Canberra, building a highly respected reputation within the local community and among allied health professionals who regularly refer patients to us. Led by our owner operator instructors, Claire and David Gunther, we focus on clinical, therapeutic Pilates. We believe that every body is different, which is why we focus on strong individual connections to help clients build long-term, excellent movement habits. Operating from our beautiful, light filled, fully equipped boutique studio in Manuka, we create a warm and supportive social environment.
