Pilates Connection is a fully equipped, light filled boutique studio, situated in Lane Cove, on Sydney's Lower North Shore. Here you will find friendly, detailed instruction from certified professionals in a spacious, tranquil atmosphere. Our state of the art Pilates equipment works on a spring resistance system which challenges the body as it moves. This allows for a whole body workout suitable for adults of any age, shape, size and ability, from the super fit to those rehabilitating or new to exercise. As a member of the industries peak governing body, the Pilates Alliance of Australasia, many of the more progressive health funds offer refunds to our clients. We offer Studio Pilates as well as a variety of small group classes and have no membership fee structure. All Studio Pilates sessions are by appointment only and clients are required to book a 50 minute initial consultation, (IC) before starting Studio Pilates.
