Physio Mechanics Information

Because of such high demand for all our great services, from October 2015 we are adding another convenient clinic in Karaka, South Auckland. Physio mechanics rebranded from Takanini Physio, which has been established for over 10 years in the community, in February 2015. With this change we have fine tuned our services, and commitment to you, and are proud of our constant impeccable ability to deliver excellence in total body rehabilitation, and facilitate successful achievement of patient goals, whatever they may be. Our team of experienced and professional, friendly and approachable physiotherapists will listen, and together with you, design an effective treatment plan that gets you back doing what you love as fast as possible. On a daily basis we facilitate huge improvements with so many different presentations - from sports injuries to post-operative rehabilitation, from massage therapy to acupuncture, vocational rehab to exercise prescription, from headache treatment to orthotic therapy and many more. Our onsite pilates studio and gym benefits not just our patients, but general public also. We have a strong community presence and have set up multiple satellite clinics at local schools, sports clubs and community events. Whether you need injury rehabilitation or prevention, or whether you just need some guidance for self management or an upcoming event, contact Physio Mechanics today and let us get you one step closer to an improved, symptom free life.
