Phoenix Development Fund Information

Phoenix Development Fund (PDF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit consulting organization run by students at the University of Chicago. PDF provides pro-bono strategy & operations advisory services to social impact businesses and non-profits on Chicago's South Side. At PDF, our mission is to catalyze economic change in socioeconomically disadvantaged Chicago neighborhoods. PDF is led by a team of experienced rising consultants, many of whom have interned at reputable firms from the Big 3 and Big 4 consulting companies, and plan on continuing at these firms upon graduation. Our executive team fosters a learning environment, preparing associates for consulting recruiting through real experience advising businesses each year. Our services include, but are not limited to: administrative skills, marketing strategy, fundraising, competitive analysis, and human capital management.
