Sill in her 20s this entrepreneurial young woman saw a gap in the market and set out to fill it. Three years of intensive research and product development led Phoenix to make her dream of creating a range of makeup that caters to all women, into a reality. The boutique is staffed entirely by trained make-up artists, something Phoenix thinks is essential to ensure clients leave with the correct make-up for their skin type and colouring.
