Phoenix Athens Gallery and Residency Information

Phoenix Athens is a nonprofit gallery and residency space in Athens Greece that was started in November 2018 by Greek-American artist Dimitri Yin. Phoenix Athens provides two gallery spaces for exhibitions, allowing residents and locals to share and exhibit their art and engage with the community through talks and workshops. The Villa Exarchia Residency provides residencies to artists and students who wish to produce and exhibit work that is inspired or informed by Greece. Mentorship and guidance is provided to residents with networking opportunities also made available through the public programme. Phoenix Athens aims to provide an inclusive and democratic model for the arts, serving as a bridge between generations as well as communities of individuals in Greece.
