Personal Pilates is a private boutique-style studio located on the Upper West Side in New York City. Founder Theresa Diamond is certified in the classical method of pilates. In 2005 Theresa opened Personal Pilates with the dream of creating a unique studio where her clients can work out in a private, relaxed setting surrounded by garden views in Manhattan. She works with many clients including but not limited to high powered business executives, brides, dancers, athletes, and even pre and post natal moms who all simply want to look and feel their absolute best!
