The page is about achieving excellence through lean and other improvement methodologies. I write for leadership development, cultural change, management psychology, and the use of the improvement tools to achieve excellence in various business operations. I'm a lecturer at The American University in Cairo, and an author of several published international articles. My writing in management appears in Lean Thinking, Industrial Management, and Industrial Engineer. For most of my career, I have worked as a regular employee for various industrial sectors include crystal-glass making, fertilizers, and chemicals, while educating people in how to achieve the company's goals. I received most of my education earning from The American University in Cairo. And I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Assiut University. Currently pursuing a Master degree in Quality Management.
