Pepal Information

Pepal brings together NGOs and global corporations to develop leaders and find practical solutions to challenging social issues. We do this through; 1) Connecting global corporations, NGOs and governments. We work to understand each partner, identify relevant social issues, align agendas, and develop ways to work together to achieve mutual benefit. 2) Developing leaders capable of driving change. We design and deliver transformational executive leadership and innovation programmes. During an immersion in the Global South, leaders from global corporations, NGOs and governments come together to develop their leadership skills in an unfamiliar context and create innovations which achieve social impact. 3) Supporting the piloting of innovative social impact ideas co-created during Pepal leadership programmes. We transform these innovations into practical solutions which have potential for scale and can improve the lives of the most vulnerable people in the world.
