People's Baptist Church Information

People's Baptist Church is a fundamental, independent, Baptist Church located in Frederick, MD. We use traditional, conservative music in our worship services, and though we use the King James Version, we are not King James Only in our theology. Concerning the Calvinism issue, we are appreciative of the emphasis on the sovereignty of God, but we also recognize the responsibility of man to accept God's offer of salvation and believe that Christ died for the sins of the whole world. We believe that true confession of salvation will result in inner transformation of the life. One needs to call upon Jesus as Savior for their sins, but must not reject Him as his Lord. The church operates a school from K-3 through 12th grade.
