The PSC is dedicated to safe and enjoyable recreational sailing. We offer sail training on the Anacostia and Potomac Rivers and on the Chesapeake Bay. We hold raft-ups on the Bay, and many of our members take part in annual cruises in the Caribbean or other great sailing locations. We base our operations at the Capitol Cove Marina on Bolling Air Force Base, and maintain a fleet of club-owned boats on the Potomac River. Monthly Membership Meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month except for December when we hold our annual Holiday Party & Awards Dinner. Click on Meetings for locations and directions. The PSC's Training Program consists of basic keelboat training on the Anacostia and Potomac Rivers, and advanced sail training on the Chesapeake Bay. On the water training generally runs from April through October.
