Alueorganisaatio koostuu Espoon ja Vantaan toimistoista sekä Keski-Uudenmaan, Luoteis-Uudenmaan ja Itä-Uudenmaan kauppakamariyksiköistä, jotka toimivat alueidensa elinkeinoelämän edunvalvojina. Kauppakamarin toimialueeseen kuuluvat seuraavat kunnat: Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen, Kirkkonummi, Siuntio, Karkkila, Vihti, Järvenpää, Kerava, Mäntsälä, Nurmijärvi, Pornainen, Tuusula, Askola, Lapinjärvi, Loviisa, Myrskylä, Porvoo, Pukkila ja Sipoo.
