Peerless Ovens Information

We've been in the pizza business since 1953 and in all that time the only oven we've ever used is a Peerless Multi deck Oven. "It is my opinion that you cannot find a better quality oven than a Peerless product". Peerless will outlast and outperform any other oven on the market today including Blodgett and Bakers Pride! The Peerless multi-deck oven has many uses. We use it primarily for baking pizza's, but this oven is capable of preparing many other items to perfection. We also agree that the best thing about this workhorse is that it saves space. Not many ovens can do what this one does in the limited amount of space it takes up. I wouldn't consider using any other oven in our new shop in Parma.
