Peccin was founded in Erechim, Brazil, on February 15, 1956, by Pezzin brothers. The company started with workmanship production and it has gradually got its space in the market, increasing the number of employees and also increasing the sales in the domestic market. The founders started their business with a small coffee torrefaction factory. The products used to be sold in the local market. Following to several customer request, they started a workmanship production of candies. After much time and work, the Peccin portfolio enlarged. It was invested on hard candies, chews, filled chews, bubble gums, lollipops and diet candies.Nowadays, after 50 years has passed, the company is considered to be one of the major candy companies of Brazil.
