PeakCM, LLC is a general contractor and construction management company, based in Vermont and and Florida, currently doing work in the northeast and southeast. PeakCM is comprised of a talented group of individuals who have achieved many professional accomplishments in both the public and private sectors. Jerry Davis, President and Principal, has over 18 years of experience in the construction industry. Jerry is an extremely dedicated and hard working individual who strives for nothing less than completing each project on schedule and within budget, while working directly with Owners and Designers to ensure all visions are achieved. This drive helps motivate each member of the PeakCM team to provide outstanding service for our clients.
