Paymint allows for workers to be paid instantly at the end of their shift, after time card/invoice approval. Differentiators include: Time card management system and approval process, Wage Access Buffer (to eliminate overpayment), Bulk Approval (to make management of large numbers of workers easy) and the option for an Employer to charge a fee to accessing earned wages early. In addition, we have curated processes and interfaces for travel nurses, truckers, emergency check runs, and can integrate with your current front and back office via API.
