Timbervest, LLC, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, was formed in 1995 to manage timberland, timberland-related investments, and Crossover Assets™ investments for public and private pension plans, corporations, foundations, endowments, and high net worth individuals. Timbervest’s investment strategy targets opportunistic, domestic-only assets in sectors of the timberland and timberland related markets that are the least efficient. These investments are structured to provide growth and income resulting from proprietary acquisition modeling, diversification, active management, tactical “on-the-ground” execution, and defined exit strategies. Our Crossover Assets™ include mitigation banks, conservation banks and ecological infrastructure projects. The Timbervest strategy is focused on providing unique investment opportunities with enhanced liquidity throughout the investment period.
