Pause i/O is a consulting services start-up focused on bringing mindfulness, storytelling and emotional intelligence skills to individuals, organizations and corporations and helping them apply those skills in support of their strategic objectives - or in some cases, helping them define those objectives. We create space for a pause between the input and the output for better emotional intelligence, work environments, decision-making, communications, and leadership.
