Pathway RE provides a single, easy-to-use, yet powerful all-in-one platform for real estate agents, brokers, and consumers. Real estate agents and brokers will download several apps or web clients to keep track of drip marketing, transaction management, digital signatures, cloud storage, accounting and lead generation. The average real estate professional in the U.S. subscribes to 5-7 different, non-integrated tools to do their job, spending $200 per month on average. Even then, brokers have a less than 10 percent adoption rate of the tech provided by their associations. Pathway RE aims to host all of these solutions in one easy-to-access platform. Based in Atlanta, with team members in Colorado and New York, we launched our beta at the end of last 2017 with 20,000 agents. Our first go-to-market strategy was through partnerships with Realtor associations, creating a white label product for each one. Our team signed up more than 20 local associations representing 317,000 real estate agents in the first six months. The company came a long way from its initial founding as Zapalo in 2016, which then rebranded as Zenergyst, and later became Pathway RE. Now, Pathway RE is a portfolio company of The National Association of REALTORS and beginning to look at how to merge real estate with blockchain to help enhance the real estate transaction marketplace.
