The philosophy of the business is to place the individual at the heart of everything it does and ensure that the locus of control remains with them at all times We offer the following product range in people’s homes and at community locations. 1) Integrated professional and digital assessments - General assessments then - Specialist assessment resulting from specific needs 2) Technology driven interventions that are smarter, timely, and preventative - Digital ‘wellness’ products both wearable and around the home - Alerts based on information collected by sensors, allowing intervention to happen before care needs escalate 3) Concierge support that offers choice and builds confidence - One stop shop” package of care (nursing, social work, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Occupational Therapy, to name but a few).
