Patch Solutions is a leading provider of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud and E-Business Suite (EBS) services and resources to customers in Australia, the Philippines, the US and the Asia/Pacific region. We are an Oracle certified partner, specializing solely in Oracle HCM Cloud and EBS and have been a partner of choice for Oracle Corporation themselves for many years. Formed in April, 2000 in Australia, we have grown steadily and added operations in the Philippines in 2007. We engage in the following activities in relation to Oracle HCM: • Sales • Project Management, process review, implementations, upgrades and support • Training and education • Applications Development including Self-service forms, Integration, for example between EBS and Taleo Recruitment, EBS and HCM Cloud, HCM Cloud and EBS and other payroll systems • Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher and BI Applications Reporting and Analytics Our experience covers the latest releases of Oracle HCM Cloud, Taleo Recruitment and Onboarding and Oracle EBS HCM. All Patch Solutions staff are very well experienced in the Oracle HCM Cloud and/or EBS products and either come from a professional background as HR/Payroll practitioners or a technical development and integration background. Many of our staff have a strong history of international experience in the HRMS field and our consultants between them have experience in Australia, the Philippines, UK/Ireland, Mexico, Honduras, Panama, Guatemala, Uruguay, New Zealand, Hongkong, Thailand, India, Singapore for Oracle and non-Oracle systems.
