Pasta Wafu Information

Wafu translates to ‘Japanese-style Western dishes’ and Pasta Wafu is exactly that. Our dishes take inspiration from the classic Italian pasta dishes and put a unique, Japanese spin on them. Using the quintessential flavours such as miso, Mentaiko and Nori, we use high quality ingredients, along with our own handmade pasta, to bring this to Sydney.
