Founded in 2017, Nulogic Training is a Midlands-based alternative education provider delivering innovative education and intervention services across the UK. We believe alternative education should do more than remove barriers to learning - it should create meaningful opportunities for young people to reconnect, rebuild confidence and achieve their potential. Our approach combines education, pastoral support, mentoring and real-world experiences to create engaging pathways for learners who require a different environment to thrive. We work closely with schools, local authorities and external partners to provide responsive, high-impact support tailored to the needs of each learner and setting. Our services include School Inclusion Bases, Secondary Alternative Provision, Primary Alternative Provision, Mentoring and Specialist Outreach, all designed to improve engagement, attendance, behaviour and long-term outcomes. Our programmes blend academic learning with personal development, creativity and vocational experiences. Alongside core subjects such as English, Maths and Science, learners have opportunities to develop confidence, communication, leadership and employability skills through themed projects, enrichment activities and hands-on learning. We are particularly passionate about creating modern educational experiences that connect with young people and reflect the world around them.
