Nulogic Training Information

Nulogic is a specialist alternative provision organisation working in partnership with local authorities, multi-academy trusts and schools to deliver expert, therapeutically informed support for young people across all stages of education. We are pioneers in the AP sector, staying ahead of government policy, evolving our provision in line with national guidance, and ensuring every learner we work with gets the support they need, when they need it most. Through school inclusion bases, specialist outreach, mentoring, vocational pathways and offsite provision, we help all learners rebuild confidence, re-engage with education, including EOTAS, and take positive steps towards independence and their future. For local authorities and multi-academy trusts, we’re a trusted commissioning partner, providing accountable, quality-assured provision for learners with complex needs, including EOTAS young people and those with EHCPs. For schools, we offer early intervention to prevent exclusions and improve outcomes for both the school and the individual learner. Through our years of experience working with young people, we’ve developed ‘The Nulogic Way’. This shapes who we are and impacts every area of our service, from who we recruit and how we train staff to how we work collaboratively as a team and how we interact with learners. The Nulogic Way focuses on building trust, strong relationships and personalised support.
