Pareto & Company makes private equity investments where capital can be combined with our expertise to create significant value. We deploy patient capital and invest in the best 20% of transactions so we can devote the time to those that produce 80% of the results. We target opportunities where we can directly enhance growth in partnership with company management. We also have complete flexibility to fit the structure of each deal around its unique needs and vary the investment period or exit strategy to best ensure success. We seek to invest in established lower middle market companies that other investors often overlook. We specialize in sourcing companies that need our help to enhance their organic sales process or who can form the basis of an acquisitions strategy to consolidate within their industry. We target companies with growing historical results, positive EBITDA, and where we can take a control ownership position or have significant value add impact.
